Athletes can compete in USATF Three Rivers as a member of a team or unattached. 

"Unattached" means that an athletes practices and competes alone, without a team. Some unattached athletes may also compete together. 

Detailed information about certified coaches can be found here.

Training an athlete does not require official USATF Coach designation. However, there are several benefits and acknowledgements to becoming a certified coach, including the education and knowledge to ensure your athletes are training safely. Learn more here.
